የምክር ቤቱ አፈጉባኤ አቶ ታገሰ ጫፎ እና የፍትህ ሚኒስትሩ ጌዲዮን ጢሞቲዮስ (ዶ/ር)

ላለፉት ስድስት ወራት በዋናነት በአማራ ክልል ላይ ተጥሎ የቆየው የአስቸኳይ ጊዜ አዋጅ ለተጨማሪ አራት ወራት እንዲራዘም የቀረበውን ሐሳብ የሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት አጸደቀ።

ምክር ቤቱ ዛሬ አርብ ጥር 24/2016 ዓ.ም. ባካሄደው ልዩ ስብሰባ ሐምሌ 28/2015 ዓ.ም. የሕዝብን ሰላም እና ደኅንነት ለማስጠበቅ ያወጣውን የአስቸኳይ ጊዜ አዋጅ ቁጥር 6/2015 ለማራዘም የቀረበለትን የውሳኔ ሐሳብ አጽድቋል።

በዛው ልዩ ስብሰባ የሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክረ ቤት የአስቸኳይ ጊዜ አዋጁ ለተጨማሪ አራት ወራት እንዲራዘም በሁለት ተቃውሞ እና በሦስት ድምፀ ተአቅቦ በአብላጫ ድምፅ ወስኗል።

በሚቀጠለው ሳምንት መጀመሪያ ላይ የስድስት ወር ጊዜው የሚጠናቀቀውን የአስቸኳይ ጊዜ አዋጅን ማራዘም ያስፈለው “ተጨማሪ ሥራዎች በመኖራቸው” እንደሆነ በዛሬው የምክር ቤቱ ስብሰባ ላይ መገለጹን ብሔራዊ የቴሌቪዥን ኢቲቪ ዘግቧል።
