የኢትዮጵያ ሰብዓዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን (ኢሰመኮ) በኦሮሚያ ክልል ባለፉት ሁለት ዓመታት 94 ሰዎች በመንግሥት የፀጥታ ኃይሎች እና በታጣቂዎች ከሕግ ውጭ መገደላቸውን አስታወቀ።

ኮሚሽኑ ባለፉት ዓመታት በኦሮሚያ ክልል የተለያዩ አካባቢዎች በመንግሥት እና በታጣቂ ላይሎች መካከል እየተካሄደ ባለው ግጭት እና በሚፈጸሙ ጥቃቶች ሰላማዊ ሰዎች ሰለባ መሆናቸውን አመልክቷል።

በዚህም ሁለቱም ወገኖች ነዋሪዎችን ሌላኛውን ወገን በመደገፍ እና አባል በመሆን እንደሚከሱ እና በዚህም ሳቢያ ያለ ሕግ ሰላማዊ ሰዎች ላይ ጥቃት በመፈጸም ግድያዎችን መፈጸማቸውን በአሃዝ አስደግፎ ይፋ አድርጓል።

ኮሚሽኑ ይህን የገለጸው በክልሉ በመንግሥት የፀጥታ ኃይሎች እና በታጣቂዎች የተፈጸሙ የሰብዓዊ መብት ጥሰቶችን በተመለከተ ዛሬ አርብ የካቲት 15/2016 ዓ.ም. ይፋ ባደረገው ሪፖርት ነው።

ኮሚሽኑ ከመስከረም 1/2014 እስከ ጥቅምት 30/2016 ዓ.ም. ባሉት ሁለት ዓመታት በኦሮሚያ ክልል ዘጠኝ ዞኖች የተጎጂ ቤተሰቦችን ጨምሮ 158 ሰዎችን በማነጋጋር ያሰባሰበውን ግኝት ነው ይፋ ያደረገው።

በኮሚሽኑ ሪፖርት በተጠቀሱት ሁለት ዓመታት በመንግስት የፀጥታ አካላት እና በታጣቂዎች ከሕግ ውጭ የተፈጸሙ ግድያዎችን በዝርዝር አስፍሯል።

በሪፖርቱ መሠረት ባለፉት ሁለት ዓመታት 52 ግለሰቦች በመከላከያ ሠራዊት እና በቀድሞው የኦሮሚያ ክልል ልዩ ኃይል አባላት ከሕግ ውጭ ተገድለዋል።

የመንግሥት የፀጥታ ኃይሎች ግድያዎቹን የፈጸሙት “ለታጣቂ ቡድኖች መረጃ እና ሎጀስቲክስ ታቀርባላችሁ፣ የቡድኑ አባል ናችሁ” በሚል ምክንያት መሆኑን በኢሰመኮ ሪፖርት ላይ ሰፍሯል።

According to the report, in the last two years, 52 individuals have been extrajudicially killed by the Defense Forces and the former Special Forces of the Oromia region.

According to the Ismeco report, the government security forces carried out the killings because “you provide information and logistics to armed groups, you are a member of the group.”
