የኢትዮጵያ መንግሥት የፍትህ ሚኒስቴር በእነ ሜጀር ጄኔራል ክንፈ ዳኘው መዝገብ ቀርበው የነበሩ ክሶች ለሕዝብ ጥቅም ሲባል እንዲቋረጡ መወሰኑን አስታወቀ።

በተመሳሳይ በቀድሞው የሶማሌ ክልል ርዕሰ መስተዳድር አቶ አብዲ መሐመድ ኡመር (አብዲ ኢሌ) መዝገብ የነበሩ ክሶች እንዲቋረጡ መደረጋቸውም ይፋ ተደርጓል።

በቀድሞ ርዕሰ መስተዳደር ላይ ተመስርቶ የነበረው ክስ መቋረጡ ከተገለጸ በኋላ ከእስር መፈታታቸውን ጠበቃቸው ለቢቢሲ አረጋግጠዋል።

በአቶ አብዲ መሐመድ ኡመር የክስ መዝገብ በ1ኛ የሕገ-መንግሥትና የሽብር ወንጀል ጉዳዮች ችሎት የክርክር ሂደት ላይ መቆየቱ የሚታወስ ነው።

በእነ ሜ/ጄኔራል ክንፈ ዳኘው መዝገብ ስር ያሉ ተከሳሾች ደግሞ በፌደራል ከፍተኛ ፍርድ ቤት የሙስና ወንጀል ክስ ክርክር ሲካሄድበት የነበረ ነው።

The Ministry of Justice of the Government of Ethiopia has announced that it has decided to drop the cases filed in the case of Major General Kenfe Judge.

At the same time, it was also announced that the charges against the former head of the Somali region Abdi Muhammad Umar (Abdi Ile) have been dropped.

Their lawyer confirmed to the BBC that they were released after the case against the former president was dropped.

It is to be remembered that Mr. Abdi Muhammad Umar’s case file is in the process of argument in the 1st Constitutional and Terrorist Crimes Trial.

The defendants who are under the record of General Kenfe Judge are being tried in the Federal High Court for corruption.
