ካለፈው ዓመት አጋማሽ ወዲህ በአማራ ክልል የተከሰተው አለመረጋጋት ተባብሶ ወደ ለየለት የትጥቅ ግጭት ካመራ ወራት ተቆጥረዋል። በበርካታ የክልሉ አካባቢዎች የሚካሄደው ግጭት በሕዝቡ የዕለት ከዕለት ሕይወት ላይ ከባድ ጫናን እያሳረፈ ነው።

በዚህም ሳቢያ የሕዝቡ መደበኛ እንቅስቃሴዎች የተስተጓጎሉ ሲሆን፣ የመንግሥታዊ መሥሪያ ቤቶች፣ የትራንስፖርት፣ የንግድ፣ የትምህርት እና የጤና አገልግሎቶች በጉልህ በሚታይ ሁኔታ መደናቀፍ እንደገጠማቸው ነዋሪዎች ይናገራሉ።

የሕይወት እና የሞት ጉዳይ የሆነው የጤና አገልግሎት የማግኘት ጉዳይ በተለያዩ የክልሉ አካባቢዎች የሚኖሩ ሰዎችን የሚያሳስብ ጉዳይ ሆኗል።

ከእነዚህም መካከል መደበኛ ክትትል እና ህክምና የሚያስፈልጋቸው እናቶች እና ህጻናት እንዲሁም የተለያዩ ዘላቂ የጤና ችግር ያለባቸው ሰዎች በአሳሳቢ ሁኔታ ውስጥ እንደሚገኙ ይናገራሉ።

እየተካሄደ ባለው ግጭት ምክንያት በብዙ ቦታዎች ላይ አስፈላጊ የሆኑ የጤና አገልግሎቶችን ለማግኘት ህሙማን ወደ ጤና ተቋማት መሄድ አለመቻልን ጨምሮ የመድኃኒት እና ሌሎች የህክምና ግብዓት እጥረት እንዲሁም የጤና ተቋማት ሥራ ማቆም እየተስተዋለ ነው።

በተጨማሪም የአስቸኳይ ጊዜ አዋጁን ከሚያስፈጽሙ የዕዝ ማዕከላት አንዱ የሆነው የማዕከላዊ ሸዋ ኮማንድ ፖስት ከሳምንታት በፊት ከደብረ ብርሃን ወደ ደሴ የሚወስደው መንገድን ላልተወሰነ ጊዜ በመዝጋት ከእንቅስቃሴ ውጪ ማድረጉ ሌላ ጫናን መፍጠሩን ነዋሪዎች እና የጤና ባሙያዎች ይናገራሉ።

ከየካቲት 16/2016 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ የተዘጋው የመንገድ ትራንስፖርት መስመር በደብረ ብርሃን – በሸዋ ሮቢት እና በደሴ መካከል ያለ 267 ኪሎ ሜትር የሚሸፍን የፌደራል አውራ ጎዳና ነው። በዚህም ሳቢያ ነዋሪዎች የተለያዩ ችግሮች እንደገጠሟቸው ለቢቢሲ ገልጸዋል።
