የትግራይ ክልል ጊዜያዊ አስተዳደር ካቢኔ የአማራ ክልል በመማሪያ መጽሐፍት ላይ ያውጣ ካርታ ላይ በአስቸኳይ ማስተካከያ እንዲያደርግ አስጠነቀቀ።

ካቢኔው እንዳለው የአማራ ክልል የተቆጣጠራቸውን አካባቢዎች የሚያካትተው ካርታን የማያርም ከሆነ ለሚፈጠረው ችግር ኃላፊነቱን ይወስዳል ሲል አስጠንቅቋል።

የጊዜያዊ አስተዳደሩ ካቢኔ መግለጫውን ያወጣው ሁለቱ ክልሎች ይገባናል የሚሏቸው እና በአማራ ክልል ቁጥጥር ስር የሚገኙ አወዛጋቢ ቦታዎችን ያካተተ ካርታ የአማራ ክልል በማውጣቱ ነው።

እየወጡ ያሉ ሪፖርቶች እንደሚጠቁሙት በአማራ ክልል ውስጥ እየተሰራጩ ባሉ የመማሪያ መጽሐፍት ላይ ሁለቱ ክልሎች የሚወዛገቡባቸው አካባቢዎች በአማራ ክልል ስር ተካተው ቀርበዋል።

የትግራይ ክልል ጊዜያዊ አስተዳደር ካቢኔም የትግራይ ክልል ግዛቶች ናቸው ያላቸው ቦታዎች የአማራ ክልል አካል ያደረገ ካርታ በመማሪያ መጽሐፍ ላይ መካተቱን በመቃወም ሌላ ችግር ሊያስከትል ይችላል ሲል አስጠንቅቋል።

በሁለቱ ክልሎች የይገባኛል ጥያቄ እየተነሳባቸው ያሉት አካባቢዎች የሰሜን ኢትዮጵያው የእርስ በእርስ ጦርነት መቀስቀስን ተከትሎ በአማራ ክልል ኃይሎች ቁጥጥር ስር መግባታቸው ይታወቃል።

በትግራይ ክልል ስር የነበረው አወዛጋቢው ምዕራብ ትግራይ/ወልቃይት ጠገዴ አካባቢ ከሱዳን እና ከኤርትራ ጋር የሚዋሰን ሠፊ ለም መሬት ሲሆን፣ በአማራ ክልል ያላግባብ ወደ ትግራይ ተካሏል በሚል ጥያቄ ሲነሳባት የቆየ ነው።

The Tigray Region Provisional Administration Cabinet has warned Amhara Region to make immediate corrections to the map published in textbooks.

According to the cabinet, the Amhara region warned that if it does not correct the map that includes the controlled areas, it will be responsible for the problem.

The interim administration cabinet issued the statement by issuing a map of the Amhara region that includes the disputed areas that the two regions claim to be ours and which are under the control of the Amhara region.

According to emerging reports, in the textbooks that are being distributed in the Amhara region, the areas where the two regions are at loggerheads are included under the Amhara region.

The Tigray Region Provisional Administration Cabinet also warned against the inclusion of a map of the Amhara region in the textbooks, saying that it may cause another problem.

It is known that the areas that are being claimed by the two regions came under the control of the forces of the Amhara region following the outbreak of civil war in northern Ethiopia.

The controversial West Tigray/Wolqait Gegede area under the Tigray region is a vast fertile land bordering Sudan and Eritrea, and it has long been questioned that it was wrongfully annexed to Tigray by the Amhara region.
