በሐሰተኛ ሰነድ ከአፍሪካ ኅብረት የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ አካውንት ገንዘብ ለማውጣት በመሞከር የተጠረጠሩት ቀሲስ በላይ መኮንን እና ሌሎች ሁለት ተጠርጣሪዎች ላይ የክስ መመሥረቻ 15 ቀናት በፍርድ ቤት መፈቀዱን ጠበቃ አቶ ቱሊ ባይሳ ለቢቢሲ ተናገሩ።

የፌደራል የመጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍርድ ቤት አራዳ ምድብ ጊዜ ቀጠሮ ችሎት ይህንን ውሳኔ ያስተላለፈው ዛሬ ሐሙስ 24/ 2016 ዓ. ም. ረፋድ ላይ በነበረው የፍርድ ቤት ውሎው ነው።

ቀሲስ በላይ እንዲሁም አብረው በቁጥጥር ሥር የዋሉት አጃቢያቸው እና ሹፌራቸው ዛሬ ለሦስተኛ ጊዜ ፍርድ ቤት የቀረቡት፤ ባለፈው ሳምንት በነበረው ችሎት ፍርድ ቤቱ ለመርማሪ ፖሊስ ስምንት ተጨማሪ የምርመራ ቀናት በመፍቀዱ ነው።

እነ ቀሲስ በላይ የተጠረጠሩት በአፍሪካ ኅብረት ስም የተዘጋጀ ሐሰተኛ ሰነድ በመጠቀም በኅብረቱ ዋና መሥሪያ ቤት ቅጥር ግቢ ከሚገኘው የኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ቅርጫፍ ስድስት ሚሊዮን 50 ሺህ ዶላር ለማውጣት ሞክረዋል በሚል ነው።
