የፕሪቶሪያ ስምምነት በርካታ ጉዳዮች እስከ አሁን ተግባራዊ ቢደረጉም የትግራይ ሉዓላዊነት መመለስ እና ህዝባችንን ነጻ ማውጣት፣ የተፈናቀሉ ዜጎች መመለስ፣ ለተራበ ህዝብ ሰብአዊ እርዳታ መስጠት እና ሌሎችም ተግባራዊ እንዳልሆኑ ለልዑካን ቡድኑ አስረድተዋል።

የደኢህዴን ጉዳይ (የትግራይ ሰራዊት መልሶ መቋቋም እና ማቋቋም) ቅድሚያ ሊሰጠው የሚገባ ቢሆንም ቅድሚያ ሊሰጠው የሚገባው የትግራይ ሉዓላዊ አስተዳደር መመለስ እና በአስቸጋሪ ሁኔታ ውስጥ ያሉ ተፈናቃዮች ወደነበሩበት መመለስ ነው ብለዋል።

በውይይቱ ውስጥ ካሉ እድገቶች ጋር ይገናኙ; የሃሳብ ልውውጥ እንደሚያስፈልግም ተስማምተዋል ሲል የህወሓት ፅህፈት ቤት በፌስቡክ ገፁ ላይ አስታውቋል።

በምስራቅ አፍሪካ የአሜሪካ ልዩ መልዕክተኛ አምባሳደር ማይክ ሀመር፣ በኢትዮጵያ የአሜሪካ አምባሳደር ሚሲንግን (አምባሳደር እና የአሜሪካ ኤምባሲ የፖለቲካ ጉዳዮች ሀላፊ ወይዘሮ ጄኒ) በወቅታዊ ጉዳዮች ላይ ተወያይተዋል።

በውይይቱ ላይ የፕሪቶሪያ ስምምነት እና አፈፃፀሙ፣የትግራይ ክልል አንድነት ጉዳይ፣ ድርቅና የተፈናቃዮች ስቃይ፣ዲሞክራሲና ነፃነት እና ተያያዥ ጉዳዮች ላይ ተነስቷል።

The delegation received TPLF Chairman Dr. Debretsiyon Gebremichael at his office and discussed the implementation of the Pretoria Agreement.

He urged his team to implement the many issues of the Pretoria Agreement, including the restoration of Tigray’s sovereignty and the freedom of our people, the return of displaced citizens, the provision of humanitarian aid to the displaced people and others.

The issue of the TPLF (establishment and re-establishment of the Tigray Army) should be given priority.
