የተባበሩት መንግሥታት ከፍተኛው ፍርድ ቤት ጀርመን ለእስራኤል የምታደርገውን የጦር መሳሪያ ሽያጭ እንዲያስቆማት ኒካራጓ ጠየቀች።

ጀርመን የተባበሩት መንግሥታት የዘር ማጥፋትን ለመከላከል የተደረገውን ስምምነት በመጣስ መሳሪያ ለእስራኤል የጦር መሳሪያ በመሸጥ እንዲሁም ለተመድ የእርዳታ ኤጀንሲ ድጋፍ በመከልከልም ነው የተከሰሰችው።

ክሱን ውድቅ ያደረገችው ጀርመን መከላከያዋን ለአለም አቀፉ የፍትህ ፍርድ ቤት (አይሲጄ) ማክሰኞ ታቀርባለች።

ባለፈው ዓመት 30 በመቶ የሚሆነው የእስራኤል የጦር መሳሪያ ከጀርመን የተሸመተ ሲሆን በአጠቃላይም 326 ሚሊዮን ዶላር ወጪ እንደተደረገበትም ተገልጿል።

እስራኤል ባለፈው ዓመት ከጀርመን የገዛችው የ326.5 ሚሊዮን ዶላር የጦር መሳሪያ ሽያጭም ከአውሮፓውያኑ 2022 ጋር ሲወዳደር በአስር እጥፍ ጭማሬም አሳይቷል ስትል ኒካራጓ ከሳለች።

በዚህም እስራኤል እየፈጸመች ባሉ የጦር ወንጀሎችም ጀርመንን ተባባሪ ያደርጋታል ብላለች።

መስከረም መጨረሻ ላይ በተፈጸመው ጥቃት አንዳንድ የኤጀንንሲው ሰራተኞች ተሳታፊ ነበሩ በሚል ውንጀላም ለተባበሩት መንግሥታት የፍልስጤም ስደተኞች ኤጀንሲ የገንዘብ ድጋፍ ካቋረጡ ምዕራባውያን አገራትም አንዷ ጀርመን ናት።

The United Nations High Court has asked Nicaragua to stop Germany from selling arms to Israel.

Germany has been accused of violating the United Nations Convention on the Prevention of Genocide by selling weapons to Israel and denying aid to the United Nations.

Germany, which has rejected the charges, will present its defense to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on Tuesday.

Last year, 30 percent of Israel’s weapons were purchased from Germany, with a total cost of 326 million dollars.

Israel’s $326.5 million in arms sales from Germany last year was a tenfold increase compared to the European Union’s 2022, Nicaragua complained.

In this way, Israel is making Germany an accomplice in the war crimes it is committing.

Germany is one of the western countries that cut off financial support to the United Nations Palestine Refugee Agency after allegations that some of the agency’s staff were involved in the attack that took place at the end of September.
