የአየርላንድ መንግሥት ከዩናይትድ ኪንግደም የሚመጡ ስደተኞችን ወደ ዩኬ መመለስ የሚያስችለውን ሕጋዊ ማዕቀፍ ማዘጋጀት ጀመረ።

የአየርላንድ ጠቅላይ ሚንስትር ሲሞን ሃሪስ የአገሪቱ ፍትሕ ሚኒስቴር ስደተኞችን ወደ ዩኬ መመለስ የሚያስችል ሕግ አርቅቆ ለአገሪቱ ካቢኔ እንዲያቀርብ አዘዋል።

ዩናይትድ ኪንግደም በሕገ-ወጥ መልኩ ወደ አገሯ የሚገቡ ስደተኞችን ወደ ሩዋንዳ እልካለሁ ማለቷን ተከትሎ ዩኬ የሚገኙ ስደተኞች ወደ ሩዋንዳ ላለመመለስ ሲሉ እንደ አየርላንድ ያሉ አገራትን አማራጭ መዳረሻቸው እያደረጉ ነው።

የአየርላንድ የፍትሕ ሚኒስትር ሄለን ማክኤንቲ በቅርቡ ወደ አየርላንድ ከተሻገሩ ስደተኞች መካከል 80 በመቶ የሚሆኑት መነሻቸው ዩኬ ነው ብለዋል።

የአገሪቱ ምክትል ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ማይክል ማርቲን የዩኬ ስደተኞችን ወደ ሩዋንዳ የመላክ እቅድ ገና ከአሁኑ በአየርላንድ ላይ ተጽእኖ እያሳደረ ነው ብለዋል።

ከቀጥቂት ቀናት በፊት ለበርካታ ወራት ብዙ ሲያወዛግብ የቆየው ወደ ዩናይትድ ኪንግደም (ዩኬ) በሕገ-ወጥ መንገድ የገቡ ስደተኞችን ወደ ሩዋንዳ ለመላክ የሚያስችለውን ሕግ የአገሪቱ ፓርላማ ጸድቆ ሕግ ሆኗል።

ይህ ሕግ ኢንግሊሽ ቻናል ተብሎ በሚጠራው የውሃ አካል በኩል በጀልባ በሕገ-ወጥ መንገድ ዩኬ የደረሱ ስደተኞችን በአስገዳጅ ሁኔታ ወደ ሩዋንዳ የሚልክ ነው።
