የአማራ ክልል መንግሥት ከቀናት በፊት በክልሉ የመማሪያ መጽሐፍት ላይ ያለውን ካርታ በተመለከተ ከትግራይ ክልል ጊዜያዊ አስተዳደር ለወጣው ማስጠንቀቂያ ምላሽ ሰጠ።

የትግራይ ክልል ጊዜያዊ አስተዳደር ካቢኔ በዚህ ሳምንት መጀመሪያ ሰኞ መጋቢት 16/2016 ዓ.ም. ሁለቱ ክልሎች በይገባኛል የሚወዛገቡባቸው አካባቢዎችን ወደ አማራ ክልል ያካተተ ካርታ በመማሪያ መጽሐፍት ላይ መታተሙን በተመለከተ መግለጫ አውጥቶ ነበር።

የጊዜያዊ አስተዳደሩ ካቢኔ በዚህ መግለጫው የአማራ ክልል በመማሪያ መጽሐፍት ላይ ያውጣው ካርታ በአስቸኳይ ማስተካከያ እንዲያደርግ ማስጠንቀቁ ይታወሳል።

የአማራ ክልል በበኩሉ ዛሬ ሐሙስ መጋቢት 19/2016 ዓ.ም. በሰጠው ምላሽ የጊዜያዊ አስተዳደሩን መግለጫን “የዛቻ እና የጠብ አጫሪነት” ነው ሲል ጠርቶታል።

የዛሬው የአማራ ክልል መግለጫ አክሎም፤ የጊዜያዊ አስተዳደሩ ያወጣው መግለጫ፤ “በተሳሳተ ካርታ ወደ አማራ ክልል ተካተዋል ያላቸውን አካባቢ ሕዝቦች ታሪካዊ እውነታን፣ ተጨባጭ ማስረጃዎችን እና ነባራዊ ሐቅን የካደ፣ አሳሳች እና የጠብ አጫሪነት ፍላጎትን የተሸከመ” ሲል አጣጥሎታል።

የጊዜያዊ አስተዳደሩ ካቢኔ ባለፈው ሰኞ ባወጣው መግለጫ፤ “የአማራ ክልል የተቆጣጠራቸውን አካባቢዎች የሚያካትተው ካርታን የማያርም ከሆነ ለሚፈጠረው ችግር ኃላፊነቱን ይወስዳል” ሲል አስጠንቅቆ ነበር።

የጊዜያዊ አስተዳደሩ በመግለጫው ያመላክታቸው አካባቢዎች “ካለፉት 30 ዓመታት በፊት ጀምሮ የማንነት ጥያቄ ያሉባቸው ወረዳዎች የማንነት እና ራስን በራስ የማስተዳደር ጥያቄዎችን ሲቀርቡባቸው የነበሩ ቦታዎች” መሆናቸውን አማራ ክልል በመግለጫው አስታውሷል።

በመግለጫው ላይ “የማንነት ጥያቄ ያሉባቸው” ተብለው የተዘረዘሩት አካባቢዎች የወልቃይት ጠገዴ፣ ጠለምት እንዲሁም የወፍላ ወረዳዎች እና የራያ አካባቢዎች መሆናቸው ተጠቅሷል።

The government of the Amhara region responded to a warning issued by the Tigray region’s interim administration regarding the map in the region’s textbooks a few days ago.

Tigray Region’s Temporary Administration Cabinet will be held at the beginning of this week on Monday, March 16, 2016. He issued a statement regarding the publication of a map in the textbooks that includes the areas where the two regions dispute into the Amara region.

In this statement, the interim administration cabinet has warned the Amhara region to make immediate corrections to the map published in the textbooks.

On the other hand, the Amhara region today, Thursday, March 19/2016. In his response, he called the interim administration’s statement “threatening and aggressive”.

Today’s statement from the Amhara region added: The statement issued by the interim administration; “He denied the historical reality, concrete evidence and existing reality of the people of the area who were included in the Amara region on a wrong map, and carried the desire of aggression.”

In a statement issued by the interim administration cabinet last Monday; “If the Amhara region does not correct the map that includes the areas it controls, it will take responsibility for the problem,” he warned.

Amara region reminded that the areas indicated by the interim administration in the statement are “districts where identity questions have been raised since the past 30 years.”

In the statement, it is mentioned that the areas listed as “questions of identity” are Wolkait Pegede, Kelemet and Wofla districts and Raya areas.
