ከአንድ ወር በላይ ተዘግቶ የቆየው የደብር ብርሃን – ደሴ መንገድ ከዛሬ መጋቢት 28/ 2016 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ እንደሚከፈት የዞኑ ኮሙኒኬሽን ገለጸ።

መሥሪያ ቤቱ የማዕከላዊ ሸዋ ኮማንድ ፖስትን ጠቅሶ በማኅበራዊ ገጹ ላይ ባጋራው ጽሑፍ ከጸጥታ ችግር ጋር በተያያዘ ከየካቲት 16/2016 ዓ.ም አንስቶ ተቋርጦ የነበረው ከደብረ ብርሃን ደሴ የሚወስደው ዋና መንገድ ከዛሬ ጀምሮ ለመንገደኞች ክፍት እንደሚሆን አስታውቋል።

ኮማንድ ፖስቱ፣ መንገዱ እንዲከፈት የተወሰነው በአካባቢው ያለው የሰላም ሁኔታ በመሻሻሉ እና ኅብረሰተሰቡ ባቀረበው ጥያቄ መሠረት ነው ብሏል።

ከአዲስ አበባ በስተሰሜን ምሥራቅ 130 ኪሎሜትር ከምትርቀው የአማራ ክልል ፣ ሰሜን ሸዋ ዞን ዋና ከተማ ከሆነችው ደብረ ብርሃን ወደ ንግድ ከተማዋ ደሴ የሚወስደው መንገድ ላልተወሰነ ጊዜ ተዘግቶ እንዲቆይ የተወሰነው ኮማንድ ፖስቱ “ ፅንፈኛ” ያላቸው ኃይሎች ላይ እርምጃ እየወሰደ በመሆኑ ሰላማዊ ዜጎች ላይ ጉዳት እንዳይደርስ በሚል እንደሆነ ገልጾ ነበር።

“ፅንፈኛ” ሲል የገለጻቸው ኃይሎች እነማን እንደሆኑ ግን በስም አልጠቀሰም።

ሆኖም በአካባቢው የፋኖ ታጣቂዎች እንዲሁም መንግሥት ‘ኦነግ ሸኔ’ ሲል በሽብርተኝነት የፈረጀውና ራሱን የኦሮሞ ነጻናት ሰራዊት እያለ የሚጠራው ታጣቂ ቡድን እንደሚንቀሳቀሱ ይነገራል።

ከአዲስ አበባ ወደ ወደ የተለያዩ የአማራ ክልል ከተሞች የሚወስደው ይህ ዋና መንገድ ከዚህ ቀደም በተከሰቱ ጥቃቶች፣ ግጭቶች፣ እገታዎችና “ያለአግባብ” በጸጥታ ኃይሎች በሚደረጉ የኬላ ፍተሻዎች ምክንያት ሲዘጋና ሲከፈት ነበር።

The road leading from Debre Berhan, the capital of North Showa Zone, Amhara Region, 130 kilometers northeast of Addis Ababa, to the commercial city of Dese has been closed for an indefinite period.
